Stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Practice breath awareness and deep relaxation. Class is geared toward beginners with some yoga experience, but all levels are welcome and individual modifications will be offered. Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing in layers. A limited number of mats are available, so please bring your own mat and any other yoga props you enjoy. Email lisamair31@yahoo.com with questions or to purchase a quality mat at a discount.
