This Sunday, Rev. Mary Trainor-Brigham is pleased to present IDLE NO MORE: Cultivating Your Inner Archangel of Resistance.
Her sermon invites you to realize that the best preparation for conflict stems not through a preoccupation with your enemy or target of resistance, but with a cultivation of your inner Soulscape: all your innate giftedness and all you love.
UCMH also is pleased to welcome renowned Baritone, Gordon Michaels, to sing and lead the choir for our Sunday Worship.
Gordon Michaels went to New York City’s Music & Arts High School from which he was lucky enough to appear in the movie “FAME” and be on the recording. He also earned a scholarship to the Boston Conservatory of Music for Opera for his BFA.
His reputation as a premiere vocalist has led to performances around the world and with internationally known singers; Patti Labelle, Jennifer Holiday, James Taylor, Aerosmith, Rod Stewart, Cissy Houston, Keith Lockhart, Tramaine & Edward Hawkins, Natalie Cole and a performance for Pope John Paul II.
We hope you will join us in worship at this special Sunday service!
