Dear Members and Friends,

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the escalating rate of contagion, the UCMH Board of Trustees and staff determined it would be best to take an abundance of caution and close the church from Saturday, March 14 through the end of the month to keep you and the public as safe as possible.

The good news is we will continue to offer Sunday worship via an online format.  Rev. Alice, Cynthia, and Robin are collaborating to bring our vibrant music, faith formation programming, and worship to you in new creative ways!

Even as we practice “social distancing,” we also will find innovative ways to connect.  Please our web posts for an assortment of online programs, including the return of “scUUps” ice cream socials, Women’s “Web” Tent, and Afternoon Tea with Rev. Alice — all from the comfort of your home.

Additionally, we will seek avenues to provide support to our parishioners and local community — whether you need assistance or can provide assistance to others. UCMH will be in contact with the Town of Hudson as well as area churches to see how we can collectively work together to help one another during this challenging time.  We will keep you posted as we have more information and as assistance becomes available.

Rev. Alice also will continue to be available for pastoral care.  Please do not hesitate to reach out for support.  You can email her at

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding.

Wishing you blessings and an abundance of health in the days ahead,

~ UCMH Board of Trustees, Rev. Alice, and Staff
