We continue of theme of Deep Listening with special guest, Elisa Pearmain, LMHC, who shares a Buddhist story that demonstrates the needs we are trying to meet when we hold onto anger towards ourselves and others. Drawing from wise teachers and her psychotherapy practice, Elisa will share ways to listen and learn from anger so that we can meet our needs in healthier ways.

Elisa Pearmain, LMHC has been telling stories professionally for over 35 years. She is the award winning author of two collections of wisdom tales, and a double CD on Forgiveness.
