New, Online Chair Yoga Class!
Takes Place Each Friday at 12pm

Cynthia will be offering a gentle, chair yoga class weekly on Fridays at noon. We will spend 30-40 minutes practicing yogic breathing, stretching, and modified yoga poses, using chairs for balance and support. ALL abilities are welcome! No yoga or fitness experience necessary.
