This month, UCMH explores the theme of Commitment and our “Thanks a Thousand” Campaign, where we commit to a daily practice of gratitude to enrich one’s life and the lives of others.

Our campaign is inspired by A. J. Jacobs book, “Thanks a Thousand: A Gratitude Journey,” as recently featured on NPR.  On Friday, March 19, we look forward to an online book discussion about Jacobs’ fascinating book and the power of gratitude.
