Are You a UU Mystic and Don’t Know It?

With Rev. Stephen Shick

Are you a UU Mystic and don’t know it? This worship service will help you explore and answer this question. UU Transcendentalists boldly answered “yes.” They, as many contemporary UU mystics, found being open to life’s mystery did not contradict science and reason. We’ll discover why our association of congregations (the UUA) affirms and promotes the “direct experience of that transcending mystery and wonder . . . which moves us to a renewal of the spirit and an openness to the forces that create and uphold life.”

We are pleased to welcome one and all in our beautiful, historic sanctuary. We are now mask-optional, with a “mask-only” zone in the rearmost pews for those who prefer or need to be extra cautious. Childcare is available during Sunday Worship in our nursery wing for babies and preschool-aged children.
