Annual Blessing of the Animals

 

Join us in our beautiful, historic sanctuary for a multi-generational worship service honoring the special animals in our lives, led by the Rev. Alice Anacheka-Nasemann. Well behaved animals of all varieties are welcome to join on leashes or in appropriate enclosures. There will be a slide show presentation of pets who prefer to be left at home, so they can be included in a distance blessing. Please submit your photo by 10:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5 to Reverend Alice at revalice@ucmh.org.

Additionally, all are invited to bring pictures or other mementos to honor pets on the Altar of Memory. Everyone is welcome to participate regardless of faith, religion, or spiritual affiliation.
