After more than 18 months of mostly virtual, online contact, UCMH has reopened its doors to members and visitors alike. As we navigate our way through what we hope are the end days of the Covid-19 pandemic and into a post-Covid “new normal,” we ask for your assistance and patience. This page will be updated with our Covid-19 Safety Protocols as they evolve. Please check here before your first visit, or if it’s been a little while since your last visit, for the most recent information!

When Visiting Our Office

Appointments are appreciated but not required. The office is staffed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Access the church office via the Church Street entrance (across from Town Hall and next door to the Boys & Girls Club). If the door is locked during office hours, please ring the doorbell.

Masks are requested regardless of vaccination status.

When Attending Sunday Service

Dress warmly or in layers, as windows are generally kept open for good airflow.

Masks are required while inside the building.

Please follow the direction of our volunteer greeters, who will direct members and visitors to sit either individually or with their family group at least 6 feet away from other individuals or family groups. Volunteer greeters will also direct individuals and groups after the service to exit the sanctuary row by row.

Please refrain from singing while inside the church.

Outdoor visiting is encouraged before and after the service. Please ask before hugging or shaking hands, as there may be folks who aren’t yet comfortable with close contact.

We are so happy to return to our beautiful sanctuary and to see in person all of our friends and neighbors in our beloved community.  Please help us keep it a safe and loving place for everyone.
