Today’s Classes:
All ages: Children of all ages will gather downstairs to make holiday crafts for sale at the Hudson Downtown Holiday Stroll next Friday, Dec. 1. (See below for more info. about the Stroll.)
CHILD PICK-UP: Parents, please remember to pick up your child (through 6th grade) from his or her classroom at 11:45. Alice will ring a bell to remind you to do so at the appropriate time.
COFFEE HOUR & CHILDCARE: Our babysitters will be available in the parish hall until 12:20 to play games and make simple crafts with kids for the first part of coffee hour.
FAMILY & ADULT EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES
PLAYGROUP: Our playgroup meets on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 at church. Please invite your friends!
HUDSON DOWNTOWN HOLIDAY STROLL: This Friday, Dec. 1st, will be the date of the 4th annual Holiday Stroll, coordinated by Hudson downtown merchants. Between the hours of 4:00-8:00 p.m. many stores will be open with special sales, holiday activities and open houses. Our church will be open for the duration of the event. The Religious Education Committee will be selling the homemade soaps, candles and fuse bead ornaments which our kids have been making over the past few weeks. All proceeds will be divided between our church and an animal shelter. The Fellowship & Outreach Ministry will sell ornaments made by church members at the workshop on 11/19. The Fundraising Committee is sponsoring a bake sale and the Hudson Garden Club will sponsor an ornament-making workshop for families to raise money for their scholarship fund. Come join the fun!
5TH ANNUAL HOLIDAY SING-A-LONG: Our annual sing-a-long will take place during the Hudson Stroll (see above) from 5:00-6:00 in our Sanctuary. Come raise your voices in song and celebrate the holiday spirit!
