Hear A Bodacious Band for $7 and Benefit the Addiction Referral Center

HUDSON – Don’t miss Woodwork, a talented and versatile acoustic folk band. The quintet will play Saturday, October 14th, 7:30 PM at the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson. Admissions will benefit the Addiction Referral Center (ARC) in Marlborough.

Woodwork’s wide repertoire includes pure acoustic songs, Celtic tunes and songs, folk rock, and original, hard-hitting political anthems. Their sound ranges from ethereal traditional harmonies to toe-tapping melodies to rollicking social commentaries. The five musicians play some 15 different arcane and modern string and wind instruments.

Woodwork seeks to “comfort the afflicted, afflict the comfortable” and actively plays benefits for groups in greater Boston that work to promote Peace and Social Justice. The Unitarian Church is in Downtown Hudson, at the corner of Main and Church streets. Stairway chair lifts accommodate handicapped attendees.
