Come experience the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of Laughter Yoga – a practice that combines yogic breathing with laughter to promote wellness and joy.

Bring a bottle of water and your inner child to enjoy facilitated laughter exercises with Rev. Alice, who also is a Certified Laughter Yoga Instructor.

Meets every fourth Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. in the church’s Knight Room.

Donations appreciated from members, Non-Members suggested minimum donation of $5 per event.
