Resist Drama as You Practice Effective and Respectful Communication
Sunday, October 1 ~ 6:30-8:30pm
It seems as though drama is everywhere in our society. In this helpful workshop, learn the discoveries of social sciences to resist conflict and communicate more effectively in your relationships.
From NVC (non-violent communication) to Myers-Briggs, join us for an exploration of a few of the popular psychology theories and practice how to use them to resist drama in your own relationships.
Led by Roberta Altamari and held in the church’s Alice Hart Room.
Donations appreciated; please bring a potluck dessert to share.
