Sunday, December 8 ~ Multigenerational Explorations Worship ~ 10:30am

Snowflake

Our theme for the month of December is AWE.
This morning we will explore that theme in more depth using different learning modalities.

Spiritual Practice: Labyrinth Walk ~
Join trained labyrinth facilitator Karen Szklany for a brief sharing focused on the awe we experience in nature, followed by an opportunity to walk a labyrinth of lights. Located in Union Hall, directly underneath the Sanctuary. Go through the doors at either end of the Sanctuary and down the stairs.

Creative Expression: Wand Making ~
Experience the magic of Silverthorn Wizarding School in a simple wand making class led by Cynthia. Create a wand to bring home with you and explore the awe of being a magic maker. This group will meet in classroom 2. Go down the stairs at the back of the Sanctuary to the 2nd door on your left.

Exploration in Reflection & Dialogue ~
How is awe important for our spiritual and emotional growth & wellbeing? What can we do to promote and deepen our experience of awe? Watch and discuss TED Talks and videos on this topic with Rev. Alice. Located in the Sanctuary.

Please join us after the service for coffee, tea, refreshments, and fellowship. Everyone is welcome at UCMH!
