WORLD RELIGIONS CLASS ~ JUDAISM

Join Rev. Alice for a series of Zoom classes introducing Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, and Islam. Each session will focus on the basic stories, beliefs and practices of a given religion.  Classes will be followed by a virtual visit to worship and dialogue with our neighbors in faith. In between, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their learning with homework assignments including videos and readings.

This month we explore Judaism, including the following questions, and more:

• What is Purim?
• Who were Abraham and Sarah?
• What foods are allowed in a Kosher diet?
