The Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson (UCMH) is pleased to host their 2018 Youth Sunday on February 25 at 10:30am.
Dynamic and justice-seeking teens will lead the special worship service entitled, “Getting Jazzed,” inspiring people to be “Love in Action.” The service also features the incredible music of UCMH’s Youth Jazz Band, led by Eric Yanaway, with classics such as It Don’t Mean a Thing, Wave, Blue Train, and My Favorite Things.
The teenage speakers will encourage others to “stop ranting on social media and DO something to help the causes people care about.” Whether it’s gun violence, immigration, the environment, homelessness, or LGBTQ issues, the teens urge positive, constructive action and advocacy towards various social causes.
The Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson is devoted to love, peace, positivity, and inclusion. Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of faith, religion, or spiritual affiliation.
