This has been a tough year of political discord, extreme weather, negative rhetoric, and divided worlds.  Finding and maintaining a healthy sense of self in a world of finger pointing can be draining.  This Service will be restorative as we explore the challenges and find the peace as we stay present in our families, community, and world.  Be the Love—of self and of others.

Suzanne Adams attended One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in NYC and was ordained as an Interfaith Interspiritual Minister in 2017.  She is a Reiki Practitioner, Healer, and Life Guide.  Suzanne is a VP and Director of Client Services at a large international insurance brokerage.  Suzanne is also an active equestrian who enjoys Eventing, Dressage, and Foxhunting.  She lives at home in Lancaster with three dogs and boards horse, Maisy, in Berlin.

Music is provided by Pianist, Aidan Slate, who studies classical and jazz with teachers and directors in the area.  This will be his fourth summer providing accompaniment for services at UCMH.
