Many of us enjoy outdoor activities, but how often do we spend time in nature just being present? Cynthia Menard is leading a monthly workshop this fall focused on helping participants find and deepen their spiritual connection with the natural world.
Our group will practice mindfulness during our time in nature, focusing on being fully present and taking in what is happening in the natural world around us through a variety of practices. We’ll spend time doing quiet observation, group explorations, silent hikes, journaling, group and individual meditation, and more. Each excursion will focus on a different theme and will end with an option to gather for lunch nearby.
Pre-registration is encouraged. This program is for ages 16 and up.
