“Integrity without knowledge is weak and useless, and knowledge without integrity is dangerous and dreadful.”
~Samuel Johnson
This Sunday, we continue our January theme on Integrity.
We live in complex times with divided partisan politics, heavily armed rallies, increasing use of social media platforms, and rising hate crimes. In the midst of it all, what can we use as a moral compass to guide our response? Where’s the line between free speech and harassment? How do we maintain relationships with those who have different political beliefs from us?
Join Rev. Alice this Sunday, Jan. 26, for an exploration of what it means to be a person of integrity in times like these.
Also, please feel free to join us for coffee, tea, refreshments, and fellowship following the service.
Everyone is welcome at UCMH!
