Multigenerational Explorations Worship Service ~ “Renewal”

This Sunday join us online for our monthly Explorations service!. We will begin and end worship together, with an opportunity in the middle for participants to choose an Exploration activity that best matches their learning style. Our theme for the month is Renewal.
Exploration in Movement:
YogaDance! With guided movements and playful interactions, experience the renewal and joy of Shake YourSoul Yoga Dance, facilitated by Rev. Alice.. No experience necessary, all levels of fitness are welcome.
Exploration in Conversation:
Sharing Circles: How is “summer renewal” different from “fall renewal” for you? What would it look like to take a break from being a “giver” and allow yourself to receive? In this time of COVID-19, what renewal does your spirit need? Join Matt Neal for a facilitated conversation answering these questions and more.
Exploration in Play:
Group Games: Join Obo Menard to discover the renewal that comes through play and laughter in a community of friends.
Exploration in Spiritual Practice:
Renewal meditation. Cynthia Menard will lead a meditation focused on renewing and refreshing our spirits. It’s been a difficult year, so we will release our negative fear-based thinking to make space for joy and love.
