Sunday, December 28 ~ “Growing Hope” ~ 10:30 a.m.

The Unitarian Church of Marlborough & Hudson invites you into a time of spiritual reflection with our Soul Matters Sharing Circle. Each month, in lieu of a formal worship service, we will gather in the Knight Room or Union Hall to create safe, sacred space together, in a sharing circle format, so we may explore topics that apply to our daily living, and which contribute to personal spiritual discernment.

Growing Hope: A Soul Matters Sharing Circle

Facilitators: Rev. Nan Rogers Flavin and Jim Flavin

“Growing Hope.” This soothing message comes to us as a gift. Hope reassures… and it also emboldens. Hope doesn’t just promise us that change will come in the future; it also changes who we are in the present. When we believe that a new day is possible, we don’t just sit down and wait to see what happens. We get up and go out to meet the light. Hope can make us a force to be reckoned with. Maybe the most important question this month is: “Are we listening to everything that hope has to say?”

Let’s invite one another into sharing our reflections on Growing Hope.

Youth ages 13-18 are encouraged to participate in our Circle. For children up to age 6: Nursery Care is available. For children ages 7-12: Children will be meeting in Union Hall.

COVID Safety: Masks are optional. Please, if you’re not feeling well, do stay home! Many thanks for your kind consideration!
