The Unitarian Church of Marlborough & Hudson invites you into a time of spiritual reflection with our Soul Matters Sharing Circle. Each month, in lieu of a formal worship service, we will gather in the Knight Room or Union Hall to create safe, sacred space together, in a sharing circle format, so we may explore topics that apply to our daily living, and which contribute to personal spiritual discernment.

“The Gift of Noticing”
A Soul Matters Sharing Circle
10:30 a.m. in the Knight Room at UCMH
“You notice; and noticing, you live.”
— John Graves
Noticing is presence; being completely There in the moment, with full compassion and noticing engaged, in stillness, awareness, love, and deep focus — for ourselves, for one another, for our communities, for the world. Noticing is more than just observing. Once we notice our selves and our own feelings, and begin to really take in the joys and struggles of others, it sets us on a path of love and compassion; it compels us to Hold Hands. It informs us and reminds us of what’s most important. Noticing invites us to lift up our uniqueness and open our hearts to new ways.
Let’s invite one another into sharing our reflections on the Gifts of Noticing.
Youth ages 13-18 are encouraged to participate in our Circle. For children up to age 6: Nursery Care is available. For children ages 7-12: Children will be meeting in Union Hall.
