All Shall Be Well
19th Annual Joint Summer Service
You are invited to the annual Joint Summer Service of neighboring UU churches hosted this year by First Church of Lancaster.
The Service will be on Sunday, August 7th at 10:00 AM and will be in-person at the Lancaster church and also online via Zoom.
(See below for other access options.)
The Rev. Wil Darcangelo, minister at the Lancaster and Fitchburg churches, will lead the worship with the theme “All Shall Be Well.” The 14th century Mystic Julian of Norwich’s encouraging words have soothed humanity during its darkest times. We will revisit her words as we struggle through our greatest human reckoning to date.
Kallin Johnson, Music Director at Lancaster, will direct the pick-up choir, which will sing a choral Introit and Anthem. All singers are welcome. Rehearsal begins at 8:30 AM on Sunday morning before worship.

A reception with light refreshments will follow the service.
For the in-person service, COVID protocols will follow CDC guidelines and those of the Lancaster church. Currently, Masks are optional in the sanctuary, including for the choir. There is plenty of space in the Lancaster sanctuary for social distancing. All doors will be open for ventilation.
